Predictablefuture AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates strictly as a Data Processor under B2B agreements. We categorize collected data into three tiers:
- Tier 1 (Account Data): Billing information, admin emails, and API keys. Retained for the life of the account.
- Tier 2 (Telemetry Data): System metrics, CPU usage of the OS Automation daemon, and workflow execution logs. Anonymized after 30 days.
- Tier 3 (Customer Payload): The actual contents of your emails, OS screens, and financial data. We do not store this data persistently unless explicitly required for a running workflow state.
Zero-Training Guarantee
Unlike consumer LLMs, Predictablefuture AI does not use your proprietary corporate data, emails, or OS recordings to train our foundational models. Your data remains your intellectual property. Period.

1. Acceptable Use Policy
Predictablefuture AI provides powerful automation capabilities. By utilizing our OS Automation or API engines, you strictly agree NOT to:
- Automate malicious actions, including DDoS attacks or brute-force scripting.
- Scrape data from third-party services in direct violation of their respective Terms of Service (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Deploy the AI to generate or distribute phishing emails, deepfakes, or misleading financial advice.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We guarantee 99.99% uptime for our core API and orchestration engine. In the event of downtime exceeding 4.3 minutes per month, enterprise customers are entitled to service credits equivalent to 10% of their monthly billing cycle.
3. Limitation of Liability
While our models are highly accurate, Predictablefuture AI acts as an execution layer. We are not legally liable for financial losses incurred due to automated workflows (e.g., incorrect ad budget adjustments, erroneous invoice approvals). Humans must maintain an oversight protocol for mission-critical paths.
